BIOGRAPHY
A mechanical engineer by training and avid amateur musician, he has
worked in the biomedical industry for 12 years after initially working
in the Emilian motor valley.
If he has a complaint today, it is that he did not study management engineering, “because the added value of my role is the ability to manage people. When I arrived there were 90 of us, now there are almost 250 and I have hired almost all of them.
The factory at that time was 5000 m2; today it is more than double that and things are getting tight,” he says.
