Alberto Pederzoli

Automation Engineering Coordinator

Alberto Pederzoli, Automation Engineering Coordinator, has been with Eurosets for 22 years.

What impressed you about Eurosets and what would you tell someone who doesn't know the company?

For sure, what impressed me most about Eurosets is its unstoppable growth: year after year, product after product, with no interruption.

All of that, despite the passage into catastrophic events (flood and earthquake) where resilience allowed us to rise in record time. Especially, “teamwork” has made a difference: that synergy that still allows a profitable human interaction between the different departments.

This is not obvious in a company that has become larger day by day.

Since you have been with the company, what is the project you have worked on that best represents the spirit of the company?

I have been working on several projects, but the process automation, linked to the production of oxygenating modules, has been a challenge that has greatly enriched my professional knowledge and to which I am very attached: ECMO module and its correlated Active Devices are just a few examples.

ECMOLife (the winner of important awards worldwide), the centrifugal pump and the newcomer COLIBRÌ constitute the new course and represent how the tenacity perseverance and group work leads to unthinkable results.

What does our belief 'Patient Comes First' represent for you?

Our belief: “Patient comes first” is the highest expression, which makes us understand, as for Eurosets the patient is at the center of our work and is the priority that accompanies our daily gestures, from ‘conception to’ arrival in the operating room of our products.

The patient is first of all a person to whom we want to give the opportunity to take back in hand their daily lives as soon as we can.
