Guide to Reports

Dear Sirs,

EUROSETS S.R.L., in compliance with the provisions of the law and with a view to ensuring fairness and transparency in the conduct of its business, has set up a computerised “Whistleblowing” system, available to anyone who wishes to report situations relevant to the law or internal regulations.

With this guide, we describe the path to be followed when submitting a report.

For operating procedures, the video tutorial provided by the system operator will be sent to you together with your access credentials in the first notification.

Report characteristics

The report must refer only to breaches of the law or internal procedures and regulations, including the Code of Ethics.

Therefore, reports that concern personal complaints, requests or grievances or, more generally, circumstances that are not relevant may not be taken into account.

Reports must be made in good faith, circumstantiated and based on precise and concordant factual elements, also in order not to waste the effectiveness of the tool made available to you.

Anyone who makes malicious or grossly negligent reports that later prove to be unfounded may be subject to disciplinary actions.

Management of reports

The necessary security measures have been taken to protect the ‘whistleblower’ and the ‘reported party’ as much as possible: regardless of whether the ‘whistleblower’ chooses to make a report anonymously or not (as indicated in point 6 below), the identity of the author and the content of the report are guaranteed to be kept confidential through secure protocols and encryption tools that protect the provided personal data and information.

The identity of the whistleblower is never disclosed without his or her consent, except in the cases provided for by the applicable legislation.

The competent body for the handling of reports is the Supervisory Board of Eurosets.

In addition to the information provided, we invite you to read the ‘whistleblowing’ procedure issued by the Company.
