Founded in 1991, Eurosets is located in the biomedical district of Medolla (MO), spanning an area of 33,000 square meters. The state-of-the-art facility was designed with an environmentally sustainable approach to minimize energy consumption.

Features include hanging gardens for natural insulation, interior gardens to maximize daylight, solar panels for renewable energy production, and LED lighting powered by solar energy—showcasing Eurosets’ commitment to eco-sustainability.

Assembly Area

In the Eurosets assembly department, spread out over an area of 1000 m² and divided into various workstations, employees work on different production lines: oxygenators, drop filters, arterial filters, custom packs, wound management and disposable centrifugal pumps.

The entire area is classified ISO8 in accordance with the ISO 14644 standard.

Eurosets can produce approximately 500 oxygenators, 700 arterial filters and 2000 drop filters per day over two work shifts.

Tubes and connectors are coated with phosphorylcholine in this same area.

Moulding Area

The Eurosets moulding department covers an area of 750 m² and is divided into two areas with 10 injection moulding machines (from 60 to 420 tons), 4 robotic presses and a pad printing machine.

There is also a granule feeding system with dehumidifiers and a deformation and tube washing system for exchangers.

The entire area is classified ISO8 in accordance with the ISO 14644 standard.

The materials used for moulding are: polycarbonate, ABS, polypropylene and megol.
